Been noticing a lot of yelling and hollering here at Grassley and the Republicans over their faults in this matter. I don’t want to say it is completely unjustified, but my feeling is that the Dems likely would have tried all sorts of other tricks in the book if the Repubs did things differently.
The idea of another woman coming out at the last minute (after it is looking like that this other person’s case is starting to come apart big time) has a very desperate and pathetic optic. Many conservative and moderate minded people are now probably very fed up with and angry with the media and the Dem establishment over this ridiculous and petty show that seems to have just one simple minded objective.

Within 24 hours NeverTrumper “dildo girl” jumps out of the bushes and claims to be the 6th attendee, and also molested by Kavanaugh.
My guess is that this is a source who has tried to get Ronan to run something. And he is balking, just like WP didn’t want to run this story until it was leaked.
I’m actually feeling more confident now. Not only that Kav is confirmed, but that Democrat lies are actually exposed and blow back on them. Could be like the bush National Guard letters, except its Democrat politicians not Dan Rather.
