The telephone survey of 900 registered voters was conducted September 16-19.

Well, since there are 435 Congressional Districts that averages out to about 2.07 polled per district. And did they, in fact, make sure to call voters in each district? Did they even bother to call voters in every state? Of course not. But, I’m sure it is a “scientific” process.

The Dems may win control of the House, or not. I am puzzled at why so many seem to be displeased with a booming economy, possible Korean peace talks/disarmament, record employment, etc. etc.

I saw a poll this morning that said 75% of the respondents were happy with the economy. A D+12 preference therefore makes no sense.

I doubt they called 4 people in Maine (Maine’s CD-2 is mostly small towns), 2 people in Vermont, 2 people is South Dakota or 6 people in CT CDs 2,4 or 5...
