Colleges are admitting dumb ass out of state applicants since they charge crazy numbers for them and far less for in-state kids.Honor students can't get into state schools since the colleges are ripping off out of staters who can afford it.
Some colleges getting 65-70k per year or other stupid numbers.
Govt. needs to get out of the business of securing college loans it's bad business.
Grades don't matter any more its all bucks.
