The more I think about this entire balsy Ford scenario the more I see it as a long term situation that has been in the works for some time. We already see the funding goes back as much as five years. Seems she had this all ready to go back when Romney was running after he mentioned Kavanaugh as a justice pick. I also heard she was willing to pull the same stunt on Gorsuch.
