Went into the College site where Ford is a professor. She was not going by Dr. Ford but her maiden name. Now everyone is calling her Dr. Ford. Wonder if anyone has her stuff scrubbed from the internet before she accused Kavanaugh? There is much more to learn about her.
Christine Blosey (her classmates)....Dr. Frod (FReepers)
Early voting has already started in some states. There was a posting on FR recently with some of the early voting start dates.
Her husband said she was ready to leave the country if Kavanaugh is confirmed but does she still fly? Is she coming in a caravan across the country to get the vote out?
Although I support Kavanaugh's confirmation, I don't agree with his ruling at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit that the federal governments metadata collection was entirely consistent with the Fourth Amendments protection against unreasonable searches. I hope, in light of the deep state abuses we have seen since that ruling, that his thinking on this and related issues will evolve toward a more literal reading of the constitution. In fact, I hope SCOTUS in general is willing to defend the 4th now!
The “balsy” quote comes from Rush. He gets some great stuff.!!
A slim reed indeed. At this point, I am less concerned about convictions and more about transparency and its impact on the midterms. Prosecutions can take years and depending on where the trials take place, may not achieve the desired result. Getting convictions in DC will be difficult.
We are in a political struggle. The Dems understand it. Look how the polls have changed on Kavanaugh's confirmation. And I understand that there will be huge demonstrations planned for this week by Dem activists who are being flown and bused in to make this a real circus. If Ford testifies, this could be the reason why the desire to delay it until Thursday. It takes time to organize and orchestrate.
She flew to Hawaii two years ago.
What I hear and I don’t have concrete info/confirmation is that to avoid taking years many will be tried by military tribunals which happen a lot faster.
Soros could hire a special jet to get her to the hearing on time. The Dems. are saying they are believers.
No one wants these aholllls put in the slammer more than I do.But if I want it you can be sure Trump has already been there, figured it out, and wants it more. He undoubtedly has it under control! It’s just who he is. Every time I second guess him he’s already been there and done that.
They know the nomination must be withdrawn if not passed out of committee Thursday (per Clarice Feldman). Let’s claim fear of flying, even though I’ve often done it, but we can delay, delay, delay past the deadline.
Nice!
I love the sound of the late Summer nite's crickets, but it reminds me that snow drifts, ice and howling wind are just around the corner.
But then again, I can hear them whenever I want (tinnitus)
SOS Pompeo is just awesome. Loved his push back against Wallass today.
My fav comment is this one. He got his point across re Rosenstein.
this entire op is designed to "soap opera" every woman in the country and it will get to some no doubt. what it has to do with Kavanaugh is not to be found but that wont stop many women from caving.
Kavanaugh is said to be the "designated driver " type, and perhaps one who knew early he wanted to be a judge, attended the right schools, and was protective of his reputation.
I know, but "Blosey" fits her better, since she was the drunken town-pump. Maybe he should call her "Blosey Ballsey" just like Peter Struck Stroke Smirk. (Peter Stroke)
I can hear them whenever I want, just too good bud!!come to think of it I get my own crickets all too often.
David Gregory’s wife specializes in defamation cases and is a fearsome litigator.
I think she is a good choice for this situation. I hope she will be allowed to question Dr. Ford.
I also think she probably has the “goods “on this woman and what she is trying to do.
wow as good as it gets from your link!!

Chris, Im not going to comment on that in any way, other than to say this, Pompeo said in a Fox News Sunday interview that airs Sunday morning. Ive been pretty clear since my beginning of service here in this administration if you cant be on the team, if youre not supporting this mission, then maybe you just ought to find something else to do. Ive told that to my senior colleagues. Ive told it to junior folks at the CIA and the State Department. We need everyone whos engaged in helping achieve President Trumps mission. And I hope that everyone in every agency DOJ, FBI, State Department is on that mission. (RELATED: Alan Dershowitz On Why Trump Shouldnt Fire Rosenstein, And What He Should Do Instead)
And if youre not, if youre not, you should take this time to go do something more productive, Pompeo added.
