The Scripture says the world will come against Israel for battle. Zechariah 12 mentions Jerusalem and Zechariah 14 mentions Israel. They gather at Megiddo in Revelation 16. You can certainly see a lot of gov'ts hate Israel because they befriend Palestinian terrorists and terrorist groups.
