You have to go back and think about it.....this fairy tale came out in couples therapy.
One might deduce that they were in couples therapy because of sexual problems. And she put out this "fantasy story" to justify "something" for her and to pacify her husband.

Don't know. Long ago, my older brother-in-law took me to the Playboy Club just after I turned 21. Pretty girls, yes, but much classier than what I experienced in high school. Yawn, never went to Playboy Club again. He also took me to topless bars; again, yawn. Why pay when girls like Christine Blasey-Ford throw themselves at you?
