Iran defeated Saddam Hussein also when they thwarted Saddam's invasion of Iran. The fate of Saddam's invasion in the Iran-Iraq war is what Rouhani is talking about, not the fate of Saddam after the America-Iraq war of 2003.
I wonder if they understand that in the USA there are more firearms than their are people and most of those with firearms know how to shoot them.......and a fair number are have combat experience? Nah, its all talk on the Iranians part.
