What Grassley should do is plant a couple of PGA members in the audience, like in The Godfather with Frank Pantangeli's brother. She gets a load of them and watch her memory get clear. "Oh, you guys are talking about BRETT Kavanaugh, years ago my father and his father were in the olive oil business together. I thought this hearing was about STEVE Kavanaugh...different guy, sorry for the mix up".

And with the claims that “PGA golfers know about Ford”, Leland was a ..... professional golfer. In fact, her and Beckle were married at Columbia Country Club, where the house Ford was groped at was allegedly located.

Grassley is screwing up big time entertaining this womans accusation. The Senate is his world, all the other Senators are his people.

Has the FBI ever investigated a single Bill Clinton rape accusation?

“...I have received medical treatment regarding the assault. On July 6 I notified my local government representative to ask them how to proceed with sharing this information . It is upsetting to discuss sexual assault and its repercussions, yet I felt guilty and compelled as a citizen about the idea of not saying anything....”
I like the bit in the letter claiming medical treatment and omitting the bit about it being 30 years after the fact...:^)

You mean 4 liberals: Collins, Murkowski, Flake, Corker.

So far, this, from Wikipedia, states the nomination will expire at end of the session:
The Senate may also fail to act on the nomination, which expires at the end of the session. For example, President Dwight Eisenhower’s first nomination of John Marshall Harlan II in November 1954 was not acted on by the Senate; Eisenhower re-nominated Harlan in January 1955, and Harlan was confirmed two months later. Most recently, the Senate failed to act on President Barack Obama’s nomination of Merrick Garland in March 2016 to fill the vacancy left by the death of Antonin Scalia; the nomination expired in January 2017, and the vacancy was later filled by President Donald J. Trump’s appointment of Neil Gorsuch.[12]

I guess I’m not keeping up. I hadn’t read the posts debunking it.

Thank you. Perhaps the session could be extended. Ditch has already threatened to extend the Senate through October.
