If Kavanaugh is not voted, confirmed, and seated on the Supreme Court by Oct 1st (a Monday) then the Supreme court is basically deadlocked for an entire year with only 8 justices.

The Term of the Court begins, by law, on the first Monday in October and lasts until the first Monday in October of the next year.

What’s more, the satanic left will have successfully tested a weapon they can now use to make sure their agenda moves forward.

It’s really the equivalent of a hit and run - make an allegation, then hide and let big media take care of the rest.

I will also bet that, if there is no vote, this will be the last white male nominee by Republicans for decades to come.

Wrong.

Lewis Powell and William Rehnquist were sworn in January 7, 1972
Clarence Thomas was sworn in October 23, 1991.
Neil Gorsuch was sworn in April 8, 2017.

Justices are sworn in mid term quite often. The court can reset and rehear for reargument cases that were tied prior to a new justice taking office.
