The Dems probably made enough remarks to lead Ford to believe that this accusation would stick on her say-so alone, but she & the Dems calculated wrong.
There have been many false accusations made in both directions between genders in the past 80 years, and many voting Americans have been witness to such shenanigans.
IF she is SO EASILY INFLUENCED....By the Dems....why are we listening to her for more than 3 minutes?

I have no sympathy for Ford but how could she not realize that she has no evidence backing her claim?
Possibly she thought all by herself that her unsubstantiated accusation would receive publicity as ammunition against Kavanaugh. More likely is that Feinstein thought “let’s use her as cannon fodder”.
My fondest hope is that Ford and Feinstein are publicly humiliated and that Kavanaugh is quickly confirmed.
