I'm sorry, but to me "gender dysphoria" is a priori evidence of profound emotional disturbance. Entertaining the delusion that you are a member of the opposite sex - and demanding that others respect your delusion - is convincing evidence, at best, of severe social maladjustment and at worst outright insanity. There are no happy "transgenders" and quack medical interventions only make things worse for these unfortunate individuals.
