I think the police might pay attention today, since they run scared, and that they would prosecute a 17 year old boy fondling a 15 year old girlfriend, should her parents call the cops. It would be wise to have the young guy wait til the girl makes a sexual move. Probably a chaste kiss is all he should start. Anything below the neck, she should start.
