Imagine if we tried to impeach Kagan, Wise Latina, and Senile RBG. Even I would disapprove, no matter how much I despise those anti-American judicial activists. And if justices serve “during good behavior,” then any impeachment effort would have to demonstrate that Kavanaugh is not behaving well CURRENTLY. He cannot be impeached on those grounds for actions allegedly committed 37 years ago.
