I don't think this University of Alabama professor has much in common with most Alabamians. This piece reminds me that all Federal funding for law students (and thus law schools) should be ended. We have enought lawyers. Let people work after college and save for law school and take private loans for law school.

Now you know why liberal lawyers are crazy, but they didn’t do this all by themselves. They had help, lots of help from the Communist/Marxist Left, starting back as far as the Soviet-created/CPUSA front, the International Red Aid.
Then it was followed by the CP’s “legal bulwark” the National Lawyers Guild, which, in the 60’s gave birth to a bastardized Marxist mélange of controlling old Stalinists of the CPUSA and “New Left” Marxists from SDS, NAM, etc.
Other communist/Marxist legal fronts and groups included the CP’s “National Emergency Civil Liberties Committee” (NECLC), the “National Conference of Black Lawyers” (Havana-oriented and based within the Castroite “Association of American Jurists” and the Soviet’s “International Association of Democratic Lawyers” (IADL), one of whose American leaders from within the NLG was Rep. Bella Abzug (D-NY) whose reported secret CPUSA membership information has not yet been released (and may have been destroyed by the actions of another hardcore Communist Party USA supporter, if not secret member, Rep. John Conyers (D-Mich).
As one of the leaders of the Democrat-controlled House Judiciary Committee in 1976 who planned the destruction of the House Internal Security Committee AND ITS FILES, he would have had access to Abzug’s files (not the crap the Archives gives you) that were “seen” by government investigators concerning her Party membership.
Even a friend of hers, and an acquaintance of mine, who participated in her memorial service said that she had not doubts that Bella was Communist Party member.
With all these red and pink lawyers and paralegals running around and teaching at prestigious law schools (Yale - Tommy the Commie Emerson); Harvard - Emerson buddy Vern Countryman; Rutgers - Arthur Kinoy, one of the most brilliant communist attorneys ever and law school professor of later to be FBI director Louis Freeh (See page 164 of his book “My FBI Life” for details); Michael Ratner (CCR, etc), New York city universities; etc., it is no wonder that several new generations of anti-American, anti-capitalist lawyers and new law professors are attempting to destroy American by using the very Constitution they want to undermine and eventually destroy.
The logic of arguments against Judge Kavanaugh that range from the legaly impossible, to the imbecilic to the insane, but their roots of smearing and broadbrushing with innuendos and lies, is in Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals”. These tactics of smears, ridicule, harassment, etc. are the BASIC TENETS of Barack Obama (”get in their faces”, “If they bring a knife, you bring a gun”), and Maxine Waters “don’t give them any peace, confront them everywhere you see them” and “take them out”.
What we are seeing, in part, is a well-planned, ages old Marxist/communist tactic and plan to destroy every leading instruction and their leaders in order to bring about the collapse of the United States of America and the destruction of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights (one woman said that she didn’t care if innocent men were jailed because it would be for the greater good of the women’s cause) and others want investigations where no criminal complaint is even filed in 32 years.
“She said it happens so he’s guilty”. As in “Alice in Wonderland”, “Off with his head” - he doesn’t need any trial.
Marxism at its purist. Fake charges, fake witnesses, fake documents, corrupt prosecutors and corrupt judges.

So he should definitely not sexually assault anyone while he’s a Supreme Court Justice.
Stop funding universities. They don’t teach anything useful, just indoctrinate young ‘uns with pernicious drivel.
In an alternate universe, Obama never nominated Merrick Garland, Donald Trump did, and he’s being pilloried by the left. If the president had put up Amy Coney Barrett, they’d probably be dragging out some butch lesbo to claim they had sex. The good part of all of this is that anyone afraid Kavanaugh might be wobbly is seeing any risk of that beaten out of him by these vultures.

Any Freeper who lives in a state where the lesser of two evils has a chance of being elected to a particular office (particularly the US House or Senate) he/she must be willing to crawl over broken glass to get to the polls.
In other words, votes don’t matter anymore.
I say: It is PAST time to hold the Kavanaugh vote, and discard DemocRAT distractions. She missed deadline after deadline. And look at her supporters! Cory Spartacus said he was a groper, didn’t he? We know Blumenthal lied about his “war” record and Feinstein kept a ChiCom spy on staff for 20 years and then covered it up with the help of Comey’s FBI. Kamala and Hironi are certifiably insane.
