Give it time, FRiend. I know where you are coming from. It is guaranteed we won’t see total justice where all who are deserving of the pointed end of it get it.
But things have been going on behind doors. This call for Nelly Ohr didn’t come out of the woodwork. There is a body of work behind it that is driving it.
They have very good reason to call Nellie Ohr, and she has good reason for not wanting to go under oath.
