I think Tester will have to think about it too. He could lose crucial votes either way. If he votes against, they can run ads about his supporting Buzzy, Lazy Latina and the raggin' Kagan, they can kill him on the gungrabber issue.
If he votes for, the Leftist Billionaire Hollywood crowd will drop him like a fat potato.

So you think Jones from Alabama is only in this for 2 1/2 years then out? A no vote provides a lot of ammunition for his opponent in a Presidential election year. Alabama GOP Senatorial committee are chomping at the bit.
