Maybe it is speculation that it was associated with Kavanaugh in 2012. But he was floated as the type of Judge that Romney would appoint to SCOTUS, from what I have read.

Kavanaugh’s name was mentioned by the husband. The counselor (Only independent witness) did not have any name in her notes nor corroborated what this creature's husband stated. Perhaps the reporter/author was "leading with the narrative" based on what the husband stated IN 2018 and spewing BS. Journalism is based on the projection of reality, not truth despite what they beg we believe or trust them at their word.
