Not necessary relevant, unless it was their daughter involved, in which case the would not be on the jury.
Sounds like a honey trap to me. They needed some way to try to keep him from fighting the civil court battle.
Well. He needs to convert to Islam immediately.
“Not necessary relevant, unless it was their daughter involved, in which case the would not be on the jury.”
It is commonly understood that 30 year old men should not send pictures of their penis to 16 year old girls and then have sex with them.
If that is what happened, he will be convicted.
If none of that occurred and there are really no videos of him at the hotel with they girl and no pictures of his penis, he will not be convicted.
I never send pics of my penis to females. I use someone else’s.
Send one to a 16 year old child.
According to one definition:

Its simple, don’t stick your pecker into anyone under the age of 18 (when you are 30) and you will not have a news article about you raping a child. Pretty easy to follow.
I think a jury (depending on it's composition) will take into consideration whether the girl was actually 17 or not, whether she represented herself as 18 or not, and whether she is actually a prostitute or not, and they may conclude that this charge doesn't fit the circumstances.
They may use jury nullification in this particular case.
Of course in Austin, the odds are against finding reasonable people to serve on the Jury.
Read the indictment, they have evidence for a case
Girls have lied about their ages and the men still went to prison for statutory rape.
On a shady website, cruising for underaged girls, meets one at a hotel and pays her $500 for sex.
My advice to all my fellow guys, 18+, 21+ is better, that way you avoid statutory rape territory. Plenty of legal women, 18+ who will screw you out there. Why bother with minors?
