I totally know that; I worked for a City Attorney for a long time. I was taking in to consideration the fact that the FBI has no intention of turning over the originals. (It would be suicide for them.) And, even if they did turn over some originals, we wouldn’t know if they’d provide ALL the docs. You don’t know what you don’t know. The work-around might be via another agency, e.g., NSA, if they have access through a back door.
I figured that you knew. It’s a shame the media is reporting that the FBI and DOJ need to unredact the documents when all they need to do is release the original documents. It will be interesting how slow this process takes, I do not think President Trump will be patient.
