The woman who has accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault has been forced out of her home due to death threats, her lawyers said Tuesday.
Christine Blasey Ford's lawyers told Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) in a letter that the Palo Alto University professor has been effectively forced into hiding over violent messages targeting her and her family.
"In the 36 hours since her name became public, Dr. Ford has received a stunning amount of support from her community and from fellow citizens across our country. At the same time, however, her worst fears have materialized," her lawyers wrote in the letter.
"She has been the target of vicious harassment and even death threats. As a result of these kind of threats, her family was forced to relocate out of their home. Her email has been hacked, and she has been impersonated online," the letter continued.

Actually, I would be shocked if she hasn’t received threats. When I wrote an opinion column for a local paper, I got threats. People love to threaten when they think they can do it anonymously.
In a country of 300+ million people, there will be thousands who are crazy enough to threaten to kill people if they don’t get there way, and a few who would actually follow through.
Just as there are thousands of people who would be willing to lie to “save the country”, which is why the rhetoric used by the mainstream politicians is so out-of-bounds. When your elected officials say that people should be physically assaulted because they work in government for the “wrong” president, your society is broken.
Shouldn’t they take this up with Feinstein who didn’t follow protocol? This could have been handled in private months ago. Didn’t Grassley offer to do phone conferences on Monday before they had to postpone the vote?
She’s the one the dems are demanding needs to “be heard”!

I would say that very few on the left -- honestly deep down -- takes it seriously, either. It's all just a ploy, and even they know it.
The fact that this woman appears to be mentally ill makes it even more sickening that the left is willing to make a spectacle of her for politics.

True? What means this “true?” That concept is foreign to this discussion. We aren’t talking about facts, logic, and truth - we're in the realm of pure rumor.In a discussion of a claimed occurrence at a claimed party several decades ago at some unspecified place, date, and time truth doesn’t matter because there is no possibility of learning the truth. It’s possible that it happened as claimed - and it’s possible that the complainant is absolutely certain that it did, and yet that memory does not represent truth. It is possible to create that condition in a patient under psychoanalysis, which is precisely the condition under which first documented discussion of this “memory” was made.
But fortunately, we have a precedent to guide us in analyzing this “he said, she said,” situation (and we know how Democrats love precedent and settled law). Such a situation arose during the Clinton Administration, and the wife of the charged official took charge of the situation and told the nation that the charge arose from “a vast [political] conspiracy” against her husband - and the matter was settled.
Mrs. Kavenaugh, therefore, should notify the Senate Judiciary Committee of her opinion of the matter. If she says Judge Kavenaugh did it, that settles the matter. If she says that the charge arose from a political conspiracy against her husband, Judge Kavenaugh’s nomination to SCOTUS should immediately be confirmed. And if she says, “What difference, at this point, does it make?” then Mrs. Kavenaugh should be nominated for President of the United States.
There are a bunch of nuts out there who hide behind the anonymity of the internet and like to threaten people. However, this could also be a ruse with the threats being made by leftists to make it look like this woman is being threatened by Republicans.
This despicable person is part of the Socialist Reeducation Camp disguised as a place of higher learning.
Colleges these day are little more then Socialist Reeducation Camps and are not even trying to disguise it.
