Your actions speak louder than words. Your insistence on limiting the president’s powers IN FAVOR OF the legislative branch is lopsided to say the least. Yes, the legislative branch makes laws but it is the EXECUTIVE branch which enforces them. If the president decides to declassify something he has the power to do so. The legislative branch cannot ORDER the executive branch to produce documents, they can only ASK. The FBI and DOJ answer to the president, not to the legislative branch. The dumb Dems have ORDERED the documents in question to NOT BE DECLASSIFIED. They have no RIGHT nor POWER to order anybody in the Executive branch. They have overstepped the division of powers established by the Constitution.
I don’t make dumb statements so be careful whom you attack!!!
Definitely a dumb statement.
And you continually go off on points that really aren't responsive to what I've said, debating something that wasn't said.
If the president decides to declassify something he has the power to do so.
Not really, only in some circumstances. The laws governing how classified material should be handled also apply to the president.
