CNN did so that they could call it fake - fact is, it’s from Ike - but the other fact is that Anderson Cooper is standing in the ditch/swamp among the cattails.
Actually - LOTS labeled it as from Florence. Nearly every Conservative click-bait-ish page labeled it as such. Several here on FR fell for it as such. And folks are still posting it with the implication it was from Hurricane Florence.
In fact - take another look at that original post and the Tweet screen capture - it is recent, and directly posted with the hashtag #hurricaneflorence.
Yes - it is being posted as from Florence.
