If we deport the guy to El Salvador there's a good chance he will get out of jail early. If we keep him here it will be on the taxpayer's dime.

Because he is here illegally is there some wiggle room in the Constitution which would allow us to house him at the least possible expense, e.g. like what Arpaio did in AZ?

It would seem to me that because he is not a citizen he is not entitled to the same jail conditions as other inmates.

Yes, to bad we don't have the galleys as in Ben Hur to sentence his like to.
