climate scientists say that global warming should make such storms wetter, slower and more intense. The intensity level of storms making landfall has not been rising, but declining in recent decades.
Is there a single published scientific paper (even a debatable one) demonstrating that hurricanes/tropical storms are in fact dumping more water in the last couple of decades?

The problem isn’t that there isn’t climate change, the problem is that these nuts think it is 100% driven by carbon emissions.

"what governments do to limit and adapt to climate change,"
That is not a theory. That's a hoax.
"rules governing the release of methane"
Nearly all of the methane is released naturally by the earth, with noticeable increases being caused by increased outer core, mantle and seismic activities. The natural, periodic magnetic field deviation is like a dummy light to indicate those activities for dummies.
Morons, tools,... So much money for education was wasted on them.

Climate change is no longer theoretical. Indeed. Climate change has been around since the formation of the earth, and will continue long after humans are gone. This fact is no reason to play politics.
Also, a theory is a conceptual framework that unites a body of experimental and observational evidence into a coherent whole. It is actually a very high standard. In the science world, we would never say that a field of study is no longer theoretical--although, I suppose we could say that if the field was so discredited by evidence that it is no longer worthy of scientific study.

“Anthropomorphic Climate Change does not rise to the level of a Theory... its a HYPOTHESIS.”
It doesn’t even rise to the level of hypothesis, since it is not falsifiable. Its proponents will not propose or acknowledge a test that could prove them wrong. They won’t make a prediction that would lead them to abandon their position if it failed.

This crap is all over science and futurist thinking now.
We’ve lost our ability to reason.
