What is interesting is during the meeting Putin took on Erdogan by stating that neither Syria's Army nor any of the terrorist groups were represented at this meeting so there's no guarantee they will comply. His statement reflected to Edogan that e had made it look good on "paper" but the reality would likely prove otherwise.
