What is an ANC? Ostensibly, they are local neighborhood groups, akin to city councils, that make up much of how Washington DC neighborhoods run. But their real purpose is to do something more sinister: siphon federal money from Congress and give it to these neo-Nazi organizations who use the funds for their personal use, then come out with events that go to the usual left wing purposes.
