Hey, I like Chubby Checkers... but he has a dangerous front yard. My cousin totaled his car (drunk driving) on his yard many years back, and later my girlfriend totaled her Volvo onto his yard (black ice).
His house is 500 yards from my office. He has a gated driveway and hedges along the rest of the front.
Not sure how they wind up in his yard.

Yep... I worked in Great Valley corp center and took Swedesford rd past the estate each day... my GF worked there too. She hit a patch of ice and rolled onto the grass west of the gate.
