If the Supreme Court strikes down Obamacare through Texas v. U.S. then there will be nothing left to repeal. Maybe that’s what they are waiting for?

For overturning — Thomas Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh
Against overturning — Roberts, Ginsburg, Breyer, Sotomayor, Kagan.
