While I’m totally opposed to the Mueller witch-hunt (it’s a fishing expedition, and nothing else), I can’t see why this is a bombshell - if collusion was “proven” or even “provable” before Mueller, there’d be no need for an investigation, just prosecution. So of course collusion was unproven at that point (and likely will remain so forever).
