You just hit it govt. pays too well and all that needs to be changed.We need the best of the best in private industry.If you want good people in govt. try and get retired rich guys like Larry kudlow who do the job to actually help the country which should be the motive for any government service which is what working for the govt.should be.
We need more Kudlows, Trumps and my Governor Rick Scotts.
We don't need greedy lazy bummy types just living off the govt. dole.

Government rewards people who are not productive. Job titles are exaggerated so people feel important. It is hard to fire someone in these positions. They just want to receive a nice retirement check by 55. Trump is a threat to upset the apple cart. There is deep resentment when someone wants to change anything.
