Iran needs to understand John Kerry does NOT represent the United States.
John Kerry represents the desires of corrupt ‘elites’ - the people who were rejected in the last election.
And yes, WE WILL HOLD THIS AGAINST KERRY AND THE LEADERS OF IRAN.
Maybe he is promising them it will all change if/when Democrats win control of Congress and POTUS.
