This whole thing was a troll project from the 4chan folks that Leftists bit on, hook, line, and sinker. The USCG command involved should be ashamed of themselves for not telling whoever was complaining about it to sit down and shut up, we have more important things to deal with than your idiocy over an OK sign. And by the way, all Coast Guard divers, and divers in general, are trained to use the OK sign as part of SOP.
