So say an airplane crashes and anyone who dies up to 6 months later, no matter the cause nor if they were on the airplane or in the crash zone can now sue the aircraft manufacturer? Directly or indirectly? How about depending on which way the wind was blowing or if they held their mouth in a certain way or the color of socks worn.....
So then using all Americans who died while Obama was in office, then Obama killed over 21 million Americans!
