I hope you can hold yourself together from bursting with justifiable mother’s pride over such terrific kids. If we had a few more like you and yours we’d all sleep easier at night. I feel better already. You are an antidote to the depressing liberals and millennials.
I have trouble refraining from boring people with the excellence of the Offspring. Anoreth got out of the Coast Guard after 9 years; she’s going to college full time now. Not sure what she’ll do, but “Project Management” or “Logistics Engineering” is kind of like what she was doing her last few years in the CG.
Bill got a Marketing degree and works for an advertising company. Tom’s a junior in Chemistry. Elen’s at Marines boot camp. Sally’s in community college. Patrick, who is so much like Dr. Sheldon Cooper that I almost passed out, is part time at college and racking up his test scores.
Bunch more brothers, and then Kathleen is 6. “I don’t have to learn to read because I can ride a horse!” she reasoned. “I don’t have to pay for riding lessons if you don’t do your best at reading and math!” I replied.
