My cousin’s friend’s great aunt twice removed had a babysitter whose client’s mother-in-law went to kindergarten with Kavanaugh and she said - anonymously - that Kavanaugh cut in front of her in the lunch line one day.

If the “act” was during high school, (assuming graduation at 18) was 35 years ago. Unless the woman was younger than 5 years old at the time of the “act” .... we are already outside the statue of limitations.
The old law allowed prosecution of felony sex offenses against minors to commence “any time prior to the victim’s 40th birthday.” The new law removes the limitation but does not apply to cases prior to Jan 1, 2017.

Feinstein and the Dems would like to tarnish Kavanaugh, but they can’t be expecting much from such a stunt.
Perhaps they simply want to get other GOP senators on record about “dismissing a poor young girl’s sexual harassment claims” to keep the pussy-hat crowd agitated.
Think about that when you have to listen to a Liberal make disparaging remarks about the education of any Republican or Conservative.
