As I understand it, the documents were released before Booker’s grandstanding. The rules he claims to have violated do not apply as the documents had already been released. And I AM SURE BOOKER KNEW OF THIS! Sad grandstanding trash. Garbage.
Yes, that’s what I understood too and we can bet he knew they had been cleared.
Booker came back later though and said he released some that hadn’t been cleared, so he’s a liar or he released non cleared docs or both.

They were released at 4:00 a.m., and all committee members were notified immediately. If your TV show starts at 9 or 10, you have plenty of time to check your emails, texts, voice mails, etc., before showtime. He knew.
