Personally, I suspect anywhere north of Atlantic Beach should be fine save for a strong breeze and a few passing squalls. We will know better shortly. I guess...
I hope so. I work that base from time to time and the Doubletree is my go to. They know me.
Looks like the Outer Banks will be spared. The southern beaches not so much.
