You both bring up an excellent point that I’ve considered again and again: How on Earth do you tell who the enemy is?
Unless someone opens their mouth and says something, or somehow openly displays their affiliation, you simply will not know. The danger of friendly fire is huge here.
If your entire state secedes from the USA you will know who the enemy is real quick.
