Porta Rica is the most visible and glaring testimony to US colonialism and imperialism. Either give it back to Spain, if they are stupid enough to take it, or set it free so it can enjoy the blessings of liberty for its people.
The one reason for holding on to it is that we do not want China, Russia, Iran or any potentially hostile regime to establish a base that near to our shores.
