when we woke up to about 2 inches of snow

Try waking up to 2 feet.....Two inches I won't even shovel let alone break out the snowblower.

I hear ya, I’ve lived in true winters.

But the two inches was a real treat for us, and it was mostly melted by mid afternoon.
