Pard, why do you think people are fleeing NYS? What the heck good do tax breaks for your employer do if you can’t afford to live where the job is?
The last time I looked KY legislate and the NY legislature were entirely different. Or did you over look that? The states mean nothing to you? Lowering taxes in KY to attract business does not mean socialism, actually it is getting government out of the way of industry.
