Can’t really be done. First it requires 2/3 vote of the House. Secondly, if she is removed, she promptly wins the special election, likely by an overwhelming margin. When Adam Clayton Powell in the 50s/early 60s was expelled, that’s what happened. So, yes, while there is a mechanism in place, it really can’t be used as long as her party supports her. Her constituents are the only ones who can really remove her.
