Anybody SC coast on this thread should just grab a go bag and go today if they can, BECAUSE most people will go tomorrow and turn I-95 north and south into a crawling conga line of evacuees. Get out while the getting is good!

Get out while the getting is good! That was the lesson of Katrina: if you wait for the mandatory evac, the highway will be a parking lot.
Hopefully, all intelligent people have already filled their gas tanks, because the gas stations will be empty starting tomorrow (gas station managers may be reluctant to re-fill the station tanks if it looks like they might get flooded).

I may stay here in Hilton Head. So far, no mandatory evacuation for Savannah or the Georgia coast.
