No to all guesses. They took over the post office as well. So someone was sending things in or out of the post office. Could be drugs. It could be secrets. A telescope in the desert can be a lonely place. Often there is nobody there. Or if there is somebody, its one person. So just because you can see planets far away with that thing. It could also be a good place to hide drugs. Smuggle people in. Or spy on things America is doing.

Because its the FBI and not Treasure or ICE or military, it seems like secrets.
