Too bad they went Union. The only way to undo this co-ownership trap may be to find enough reason to fire, lay off, or suspend all the present staff. The kids working there show zero loyalty to their employer. There must not be any Shift Manager or Lead Staff at all.
I’m surprised they did go union. They are an independent burger company in Oregon that doesn’t seem to toe the line...but, I guess their workforce does.
So they can’t just close up shop?
