Williams had been released on parole from state prison on Aug. 28, less than two weeks before the Skeltons were murdered. He was sentenced after being convicted in April 2017 for possession of a firearm by a felon and assault with a deadly weapon, The Charlotte Observer reported, citing records. The states can't afford to keep these scum locked up anymore, so they are released to prey again.
Time for the public to protect themselves until the authorities take their jobs seriously again.

The states can't afford to keep these scum locked up anymore, which should be the clinching argument for short life sentences for these crimes.

Time for the public to protect themselves until the authorities take their jobs seriously again. It seems as if the Judicial System doesn't want to implement a "distasteful" solution, so they release them back into the public, where hopefully, some CCW citizen will do their job for them.
In the meantime, releasing the names of the parole board/judge involved in their release would be a public service.
