If the Rats win back the House (shudder), they don’t take over until January.
There will be a whole lot of Declassified Documents released in the middle of November if that happens. It will be a Thanksgiving Surprise.
My concern is that the congress isn’t going to be in session very much between now and the end of the year. Not that much actual work time left.
