Jim was a pretty good friend of mine.During much of his career I did the Keys report for the Herald and he did the main column on Friday and sometimes other days as well.Later on he did the Friday fishing report which I contributed to him often sometimes with acknowledgement sometimes anonymously.
It was a huge area to cover.
