He didn’t just run a bad campaign, he took very severe actions that lead to very reasonable questions about his loyalty and his sanity both. We can go to the videotape if you forgot just how insane the things he was doing were, but really just the fact that he had serious trouble deciding between Clinton and Trump shows how extremely risky a character he is to have in a position of such importance. Of course it’s best if he wins this cycle, but for future planning purposes, it’s time for the Texas GOP to line up a replacement whether Cruz likes the idea or not.
Fake post.
"Lighten up, Francis."
1. Nothing in his behavior before or since matches that short period, and nothing he said or did that summer was "severe" (unless you'd like to hold that same standard to our President)...
2. I think you'll find a TON of people on FR that are not exactly enamored with the RNC and GOP and the notion of blind "loyalty" to the Establishment RINOs. NOBODY in American politics can match Cruz's Conservative resume and his record of Legislative and Judicial success...
3. The ridiculous hyperbole about his "sanity" just shows the rest of your post to be even less substantive.
Ted Cruz is backed solidly in Texas as he should be. He was fighting the establishment for us when Donald Trump was still inviting Bill and Hillary to his wedding and contributing to Democrats!!!
Waaaaaaa
Get over your butthurt already.
He ran a great campaign right to the bitter end.
Anyone who wants him to lose in texas is an idiot. We need every Republican seat to hold the senate...even Colli s, Murkowski, etc.
Otherwise, we’re saying we want Democrats picking judges
